Founder & CEO – Dustin Lemick, GG
Dustin is a third-generation jeweler with deep industry knowledge of the retail jewelry environment and the needs of jewelry buyers. He has more than 13 years of experience in the retail jewelry trade including working with insurance companies such as State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Chubb, Pure, and others on claim replacements. In addition to his Graduate Gemologist designation from the Gemological Institute of America, and a degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin, Dustin holds an insurance producers license in all 50 states plus DC.
Co-founder & Chief Insurance Officer – Conor Redmond, FCAS
Conor is a fully credentialed actuary with more than 12 years of insurance experience. Before co-founding BriteCo, Conor served as lead actuarial analyst for the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, the primary national trade association for insurance companies. Conor’s in-depth insurance expertise extends across multiple carriers and lines of business in both reserving and pricing.
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer – Ben Mautner
Ben directs development and innovation for BriteCo’s appraisal management system, as well as managing technology for our marketing leading insurance application, and strategic technology partnerships. He has served as a business analyst and programmer in the manufacturing industry for 14 years prior to co-founding BriteCo.
Co-founder & Senior Advisor – John Ortbal
John has more than 30 years of experience strategically positioning software technology companies and executing campaigns for all forms of marketing and sales communications. Specializing in emerging growth innovators, he has helped more than a dozen companies achieve successful acquisition by market leaders such as IBM, Google, Symantec, and more.
