Pearl Bracelet Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   This raffle is open only to BriteCo policyholders who have received this promotional email. Eligible participants must be legal residents of the United States and 22 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of BriteCo, its parent companies, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.

    

2. Entry Period:

   The raffle begins on April 1st, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Entries received outside the Entry Period will be disqualified. Participants are eligible to enter only once during the entire Entry Period.

    

3. How to Enter:

   Participants can enter the raffle by submitting the entry form online. By entering the raffle, participants agree to opt-in to BriteCo’s marketing communications and consent to the use of their submissions in BriteCo’s marketing materials. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

    

4. Prize:

   One (1) winner per month will receive a pearl bracelet valued at $181. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Any taxes, duties, or other fees are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection:

   One winner a month will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on the last day of each month.

6. Notification:

   The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the first attempt to contact them, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner forfeits the prize, and another winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions:

   By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of BriteCo which are binding and final on matters relating to this raffle. BriteCo reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle for any reason.

8. Release:

   By entering, participants release and hold harmless BriteCo, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this raffle.

9. Privacy:

   By entering, participants agree to BriteCo’s use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy available at BriteCo Privacy Policy. By participating in this raffle, entrants hereby consent to receive marketing emails from BriteCo. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from email communications from BriteCo, you can do so by using the unsubscribe link in the email.

10. Disputes:

    Any disputes arising from this raffle shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
